Cancelling your lease
Cancellation terms and any cut-off date will be confirmed here before bookings open.
Damaged fruit
If mangoes arrive damaged, send us photos (and an unboxing video where possible) within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace them.
Crop failure
If the entire crop is lost to a natural calamity, we refund your lease in full.
