Terms & Conditions
Draft — this page is being finalised and will be updated before bookings open.
What you are leasing
A one-season lease of a specific mango tree on our farm, giving you the produce of that tree for the season. No ownership of land or tree is transferred.
Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed on full payment. Your tree is assigned after payment and you will receive its details and a lease certificate.
Guaranteed minimum yield
Each package states a minimum quantity. If your tree yields less, we make up the difference from reserve trees of the same variety.
Natural risks
Farming depends on weather and nature. Harvest dates may shift. If the entire crop is lost to a natural calamity, we refund the lease in full.
Harvest and delivery
Fruit ripens over several weeks, so your harvest is picked and handed over in batches. For each batch you can choose delivery (free within Hyderabad) or collection at the farm. Fruit you collect or harvest yourself is weighed and counts towards your guaranteed minimum. Uncollected batches will be held for a limited time agreed with you; after that we deliver them to you.
Farm visit terms
- Visits are by appointment only. Book at least 3 days in advance on WhatsApp; a visit is confirmed only when we confirm your slot.
- Visiting hours, group size and dates are set by the farm. Please tell us how many adults and children will come.
- We may reschedule or cancel a visit for weather, harvest operations or safety. We'll offer you another slot.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may get a shorter visit so that other bookings are not affected.
- Follow the farm guide's instructions at all times. Pick only from your own tree, and only fruit the guide confirms is ready.
- Children must be supervised by an adult throughout the visit.
- Wear suitable footwear. Do not climb trees or use farm tools or ladders unless the guide is assisting you.
- Pets, smoking, alcohol and loud music are not permitted on the farm.
- Visitors are responsible for their own belongings and safety while on site, and enter at their own risk except where we are at fault.
